If a dispute cannot be resolved through taya02's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process may be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such proceedings.

Your continued use of the taya02 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
